What to expect after you call

Whether you reach the office or talk to Bill directly, the process is the same. We want you to know what happens next before anyone shows up at your door.

1. We ask about the problem. Tell us what is happening, where in the house it is and how long it has been going on. Photos help if you can text them.
2. We schedule a visit. We give you a time window and let you know who is coming. The same crew that does the plumbing behind the wall does the tile and remodel work in front of it.
3. We look at the job and explain the options. You get a clear scope and a price before work starts, including what is included and what could change the cost.
4. We do the work and clean up. When the job is done we walk you through it and leave the space clean.
